ESS Laboratory, a division of the RISE Group, is a full service analytical laboratory dedicated to providing comprehensive analytical testing services for the identification and assessment of environmental contaminates.
ESS Laboratory is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to enter data using the Element LIMS program and perform Administration Department duties to meet ESS Laboratory/Thielsch Engineering, Inc.’s (TEI) financial and operational performance standards. This position will be full time, located in Cranston, RI and will be Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00pm (1st shift). This position is entry level and training is available.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Data entry into Laboratory system for sample login
• Produces and updates daily worklist for the laboratory
• Processes and Sends Sample Confirmations, Data Reports and Electronic Deliverables to clients
• Works with Sample Receivers and Project Managers to translate client/sample information
• Scan paperwork to electronic work order folders
• Accountable for accurate documentation
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment that is in compliance with the requirements of ESS Laboratory’s Health & Safety program (and local laws and regulations)
• Other duties as assigned
